FEW Foundation for Education and Training

Established in 2004, the FEW Foundation for Education and Training is the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of the national organization. The mission of the Foundation is to

1) Help women enhance their career opportunities through education and training;

2) Encourage diversity and equity in the workplace; and

3) Provide opportunities for professional growth through leadership development ,education, mentoring, and networking. To support this mission, the Foundation established an academic scholarship program in 2006 for FEW members and their families in the science and technology fields. Grantham University, a 100% online university based in Kansas City, Missouri, was the first school to offer a full four-year scholarship. As its financial base grows, the Foundation plans to support scholarships to national and regional training programs. For more information, visit www.fewfoundation.org.

They usually hold a Town Hall Meeting at these conferences to provide information and training on issues affecting federal employees.
