Course Information and Selection. You will find the training
course schedule, registration form, full course descriptions,
and trainer bios at our website. We recommend you fill out
the registration form first, regardless of how you register:
online, faxing the form to the registration fax number, or
mailing the form to the address provided. Your registration
form must be received by July 14, 2009, or you will have
to register on site. Registering on site will require a legible
copy of the registration form and full payment.
We will post at our website ( www.fewntp.org)
all courses that have been closed or cancelled. Please
verify your choices are still open before mailing/faxing
your form. On-line registration will give you instant notification
of the status of each class.

Register Early & Reserve Your Space. Early registration
is encouraged to reserve your space in the courses you want.
Each course has a maximum allowable number of registrants.
FEW Member Rate. To qualify for the FEW member registration
rate, you must be a member in good standing as of the date
your registration form is received, and your membership number
must be on the registration form.
Registration Confirmations. On-line registrations will
receive immediate confirmations. Mailed and faxed registration
confirmations will be emailed or mailed within 7 days of
completion.
Course Cancellations. FEW reserves the right to cancel
courses that have not met the minimum number of registrants
or if the presenter is unable to appear. If this is necessary,
FEW will substitute a presenter of equal qualifications or
the registrants will be placed in an alternate course.
Payment Information. Full payment is required with all
registrations. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards,
and signed/approved Purchase Orders and Government Training
Forms. Registrations will not be processed without payment.
All registration payments made via a Purchase Order or Training
Form must include the $80 processing fee in the authorized
training fees itemized on the Purchase Order or Training
Form. Those that don’t include the $80 fee will not
be processed.
Refund/Cancellation Policy. A $75 cancellation fee will
be charged for all cancellations received in writing by May
29, 2009. Please submit a copy of your registration confirmation
notice. Refunds will not be processed for requests received
after May 29. Submit your request to the registration address
or to few@experient-inc.com.
Special Needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate
special needs requests. Please mark the appropriate section
on the registration form.
Photography. FEW uses photographs of NTP events and participants
for promotional advertising and the website. By registering
for and attending these events, attendees understand that
FEW may use the likenesses in the future. If you do not wish
to be photographed, please notify the photographer on site.
