    FEW recognizes the importance of continuing education as a means to professional and personal development. FEW also encourages its members to take responsibility and invest in themselves when opportunities for training and networking can often make the difference in preparing for career advancement. One of the benefits of belonging to FEW is the special Tuition-Out-Of-Pocket (TOP) National Training Program rate. FEW Members who are not funded by their government agency or company are eligible to use this special rate to attend the NTP.

    If you are not funded by your agency or company to attend the NTP, download this special form, complete it and fax or mail it to the address on the form along with your personal check or credit card information. The 2003 TOP rate for FEW Members paying out of pocket is $200 (the same rate as last year!)

    TOP entitles members to full registration which includes tickets for all events, workshops, lunch on two days, entrance to expo hall, conference kit and badge.

    The deadline for registering at the TOP rate is June 15th.
