National Training Program Overview

FEW’s National Training Program continues to be the premier training experience for women in government. This year’s theme is reflective of both FEW’s history as an organization celebrating 40 years of progress and its future as it looks ahead to helping more women move up in their chosen career field.

In 2003, FEW restructured its curriculum to align workshops with OPM’s Leadership and Executive Core Competencies. Courses are offered at the novice, skilled and expert levels to meet the needs of the entire federal workforce. In addition to training, the NTP offers unparalleled networking opportunities.
