    Dexter Brooks serves as the Federal Training and Outreach Coordinator and an Attorney Advisor in EEOC's Office of Federal Operations ("OFO"). Mr. Brooks' primary responsiblity is to oversee the training and outreach provided by OFO to the federal sector. Mr. Brooks coordinates the development and delivery of the national training courses offered by the Office.

    Sean Clayton is a Human Capital Specialist at the Department of Energy, and is responsible for a variety of human capital management activities for an agency of 115,000 federal employees and contractors. He conducts targeted recruitment of minority groups, persons with disabilities, and military veterans. He was elected as Chair of the National Council of Hispanic Employment Program Managers in October 2005. Mr. Clayton attended Ursinus College on a full tuition scholarship and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.     Patricia Wolfe is a Level III Certified Contracting Officer with the Department of Homeland Security. She was FEW’s National President from 2002 to 2006 and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the 2008 National Training Program (NTP) and as President of FEW’s Foundation for Education and Training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from City University, Bellevue, Washington.
