- Adamson, Kate & Tom Cantrell
Kate Adamson’s
unique story of overcoming total paralysis inspires co-workers
and managers to appreciate and accommodate the disabled. She
is joined by her associate, Tom Cantrell, whose rare visual
disability provides him with rare insight into workplace
accommodation issues. This is combined with his Administrative
Law experience and funny but mystifying street magic.

Pamela Albertson, MBA, is a
senior accounting manager with Diener and Associates, CPA'S,
of Falls Church, Virginia. She has managed FEW's financial
account since 2003 and has over 30 years experience in the
accounting field. She has served as treasurer for several
non-profit and volunteer organizations.
- Andrews, Scott
Scott Andrews has over 17 years
of experience in human resources, organizational & leadership
development, coaching, and work/life initiatives. He holds
a Masters Degree from Brigham Young University, and has a
number of leadership and organizational development training
accreditations and is a graduate of the College of Executive
Coaching.
- Armour, Vernice
Vernice Armour was featured
on Oprah Winfrey, CNN, Tavis Smiley, NPR, and has emerged
as the leadership coach and speaker for the 21 st Century.
She is highly sought after for her message of EXCELerated
Passion. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, she was recognized
as America’s First African-American Female Combat Pilot
by the Department of Defense.
- Boucher, Jane
Jane Boucher received her Bachelor
of Science and Master of Arts from The Ohio State University.
She has done doctoral work at the University of South Florida
and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton,
Wright State University, Sinclair Community College and Antioch
University’s McGregor Organizational Institute. Jane
is the author of six books – her best seller “How
to Love the Job You Hate.”
- Brooks, Dexter, EEOC
Dexter Brooks serves as the
Federal Training and Outreach Coordinator and an Attorney
Advisor in EEOC's Office of Federal Operations ("OFO").
Mr. Brooks' primary responsiblity is to oversee the training
and outreach provided by OFO to the federal sector. Mr. Brooks
coordinates the development and delivery of the national
training courses offered by the Office.
- Clayton, Sean M.
Sean Clayton is a Human Capital
Specialist at the Department of Energy, and is responsible
for a variety of human capital management activities for
an agency of 115,000 federal employees and contractors. He
conducts targeted recruitment of minority groups, persons
with disabilities, and military veterans. He was elected
as Chair of the National Council of Hispanic Employment Program
Managers in October 2005. Mr. Clayton attended Ursinus College
on a full tuition scholarship and received his Bachelor of
Arts degree in Politics. He received his Masters degree in
Public Administration at American University.

Doris Brown is the Director,
Product Strategy and Services for Avue Technologies Corporation.
She manages DC customer support operations and provides client

Eleanor Clift is a contributing

- Cooney, Robert P. J., Jr.
Mr. Cooney has studied the historic
drive to win the vote by American women for over 15 years.
He completed a 500 page history, “Winning
the Vote: The Triumph of the American Woman Suffrage Movement.” He
has spoken at the Smithsonian Institute, the National Constitution
Center, and the Library of Congress, emphasizing the successful
grassroots political campaigns suffragists waged between
1910 and 1920.
- Correa, Soraya
Soraya Correa, Director of the
Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Department of Homeland
Security, Washington, DC, has more than 25 years experience
in procurement, federal assistance, and acquisitions management.
She has an undergraduate certificate in Acquisitions Management

- Crum, John, MSPB
Acting Director of Policy and
Evaluation, U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. He is the
recipient of numerous awards including the Chairman’s
award for excellence and the Theodore Roosevelt award, the
MSPB Board’s highest honor. He has published a number
of articles on Federal human resources management.
- Davidson, June
Master Trainer, Author, and
Master coach. She is currently serving on the Board of Regents
for National Heritage Foundation, and is the founder
of International Education Institute, a non-profit
organization. She is the author of: “Coaching The Millionaire
Within;” “Marketing Your Coaching Practice with
Seminars”, Co-author of: “Millionaire Blueprint
For Women”. Adjunct professor at the University of

- Davis, Cecelia
Cecelia became VP for Congressional
Relations in July 2006. She ensures that FEW has a strong
legislative program. She is a Procurement Analyst at the
General Services Administration, where she is responsible
for writing/revising Government-wide and agency contract
policy. She received her Master of Public Administration
from American University, Washington, DC.

Carol
Dawson , owner of EEO

Ms. Fasulo is a Lifetime member
of Federally Employed Women and is currently serving as the
National Vice President for Membership & Chapter Organization.
She has served in various capacities in the Southeast Region,
including the Southeast Regional Manager. She has chaired
the local training program several times and was co-chair
of the 2002 National Training Program.
- Ferentinos, Cynthia
Cynthia Ferentinos is a Senior
Research Psychologist with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection
Board (MSPB). Her recent research has focused on fair and
equitable treatment of Federal employees and pay for performance
compensation systems. She received her B.A. in psychology
from Wake Forest University and her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees
in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason
University.
- Fitch-Gordon, Arlena
Arlena Fitch-Gordon is the Diversity
Manager/Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist for the
Defense Security Service, Defense IndustrialSecurity Office
(DISCO), Columbus, OH. She has received numerous awards.
She is a 1993 graduate of Leadership Columbus and a 2002
graduate of Project Diversity sponsored by the United Way.
Arlena has served as FEW’s National Vice President

- Fletcher, Cathy
Cathy A. Fletcher is a Senior
Auditor, Special Emphasis Program Manager, Certified Government
Financial Manager, assigned to Defense Contract Audit Agency’s
Boston Branch Office. Lifetime member and active in FEW 15
years, holding Chapter, Region and National Offices; Master’s
Degree from Emmanuel College, and member of Northeastern
University Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society.

Linda Fresh has over 25 years
of government experience. She is a Langevin Learning Services
Certified Instructor, Army Family Team Building Certified
Instructor, and FBI Certified Instructor. Linda is listed
in Who’s Who of Public Service, Who’s Who in
America, Who’s Who of American Women, and Who’s
Who in the World. She has a BS in Psychology from the University

- MacGregor, Molly
Molly MacGregor co-founded the
National Women’s History Project (NWHP). She has served

She has worked with leaders of national women’s organizations

Eileen McDargh, author, consultant,

second place for best project in 2005 and first place in
2006 and the Ohio Governor’s Council on People with
Disabilities Best Practices Award in 2006. Received the Air

Susan Miller has been a teacher
and a city government manager. Her first book, Oomph
Power! How to Get Re-Energized for Outrageous Success was
published in 2003, reprinted in 2006, and Susan is currently
finishing her second book, Working in The Positive
Zone. A native of Evanston, Illinois, Susan
has two masters degrees and a “B.A. in Burnout.”

Harriett Molnar has served 32+
years in the federal workforce. She is currently Executive
Director of AFGE Local 1156, and has earned an Associates
Degree in Liberal Arts Pre Teaching. Awards-Superior Performance,
EEO Group for Training Program Development, Naval Supply
System Leadership Award. She is the Vice President of the
FEW Legal and Education Fund non-profit organization.

Sandra Moody is the General
Manager and owner of Dehan Enterprises, LLC. and serves as
Adjunct Professor of Finance at Franklin University. She

a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. Ms Moody

Bevery Rhodes has served as

in the financial area. Even though retired from WPAFB in
2005, she continues to teach and counsel.

Sharon Roydes, CPA, is a professional

She was the FEW National Treasurer for the past two years
and the FEW National Finance Chair from 2004-2006. A lifetime
FEW member, she brings years of direct experience from holding
various chapter and region positions.
- Rowley, Coleen
Coleen Rowley, Whistleblower
and 2002 Time Magazine’s Person of the Year. Former
FBI Special Agent Rowley was one of three whistleblowers
chosen as Persons of the Year by Time Magazine. Ms. Rowley
went well “Beyond the Call of Duty” in her federal
workplace.
- Rushford, Carrolle
Carrolle Rushford owns Rushford & Associates,
a Denver - based training and consulting firm. She is a motivational
speaker who also conducts training in the areas of management
skills, communications and equal employment opportunity.
She is well known for her personal enthusiasm, for her skill
in presenting material in an informative and interesting
manner and for her ability to motivate others.
- Sitterly, Connie
Propelling women's success has
long been both passion and cause for Connie Sitterly. After

Library as FEW National President for
the term July 2006 to July 2008. Rhonda received the Barbara Boardman
Tennant Award for outstanding service to FEW in 2001 and the National
President's award 2002. She holds a Master's Degree from the University
of Oklahoma, and a Contracting Officers unlimited warrant.

Judy Tso, MAA, is a noted anthropologist,
consultant, speaker and President of Aha Solutions Unlimited.
Aha provides a range of diversity consulting services including
cultural assessment, training and coaching. She holds a Masters
degree in Applied Anthropology from the University of Maryland
and is trained in the Coaches Training Institute model for
personal growth.
- Turner, Jane
Jane Turner, former Special
Agent with the FBI for 25 years, established herself as an
expert in child crimes and was considered one of the best
agents working in Native American country until she reported
misconduct issues. Ms. Turner went well “Beyond the

- Vargas, Jeffrey
Jeffrey Vargas is the Manager
of Diversity Programs for the U.S. Department of Energy National
Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). His passion is helping

director for a major division of the Internal Revenue Service.

Bernice Waller is VP for Compliance
of Federally Employed Women. She has over 25 years of experience
in Human Resource and Equal Opportunity with the Federal
Bureau of Investigation. She retired from the FBI in September,
2005. Bernice is involved with various community organizations
and is a life Member of FEW and a member of SAIGE.
- Wihbey, Mary Anne
Mary Anne Wihbey is President
and Owner of Peak Performance Solutions®, which
she founded in 1994. She serves on the Board of Sales and
Marketing Executives of Dallas, is an active member of Women
in Financial Services, and she holds the Women’s Business
Enterprise Certification (WBENC). She has a Bachelors Degree

Patricia Wolfe is a Level III
Certified Contracting Officer with the Department of Homeland
Security. She was FEW’s National President from 2002
to 2006 and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the 2008
National Training Program (NTP) and as President of FEW’s
Foundation for Education and Training. She holds a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration from City University, Bellevue,
Washington.
