Dexter Brooks serves as the Federal Training and Outreach Coordinator and an Attorney Advisor in EEOC's Office of Federal Operations ("OFO"). Mr. Brooks' primary responsiblity is to oversee the training and outreach provided by OFO to the federal sector. Mr. Brooks coordinates the development and delivery of the national training courses offered by the Office.
Clayton, Sean M.
Sean Clayton is a Human Capital Specialist at the Department of Energy, and is responsible for a variety of human capital management activities for an agency of 115,000 federal employees and contractors. He conducts targeted recruitment of minority groups, persons with disabilities, and military veterans. He was elected as Chair of the National Council of Hispanic Employment Program Managers in October 2005. Mr. Clayton attended Ursinus College on a full tuition scholarship and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.
