Booth assignments are based on the order of receipt of application and deposit. Space assignments will be made by Show Management in keeping with location preferences requested by the exhibitor and based on availability. Show Management reserves the right to make final determination of all space assignments. All applications must be accompanied by a $250 deposit per booth space with the balance due on May 7, 2004. Applications received without a deposit will not be processed.
