Recognized as the premier training program for women in federal service, Federally Employed Women’s National Training Program (NTP) Expo is a wise investment of your trade show and marketing dollars. This popular event provides a great opportunity for all participants to interact with vendors and suppliers. The exhibit area will be located in the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your company or agency.

EXHIBIT FEES (50% deposit is required with completed form):

Small Business Rate $700 per 10’ X 10’ exhibit space

Standard Rate $1,600 per 10’ X 10’ exhibit space

(There is an additional charge of $100 for exposed corners for all booths.)

Exhibitor Set-Up: Sunday, July 11, 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Exhibit Days/Hours

Monday, July 12, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 13, 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 14, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Twilight Sale and Ice Cream Social in Exhibit Hall.
Thursday, July 15, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Dismantle: Thursday, July 15, 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Exhibit Hall will be accessible from Monday, July 12^th through Thursday, July 13^th to all NTP attendees, trainers, and agency officials.
