    FEW recognizes the importance of continuing education as a means to professional and personal development. FEW also encourages its members to take responsibility and invest in themselves when opportunities for training and networking can often make the difference in preparing for career advancement. One of the benefits of belonging to FEW is the special Tuition-Out-Of-Pocket (TOP) National Training Program rate. FEW Members who are not funded by their government agency or company will be eligible to use this special rate to attend the NTP.

    If you are not funded by your agency or company to attend the NTP, look for more information about the 2004 NTP TOP rate in early 2004.
