the game of golf, expand your network and build your professional
portfolio.
Feds on the Fringe – 18-Hole Golf Tournament
WHEN: Saturday, July 18, 2009
TIME: 2:00PM Shotgun Start
LOCATION: Hawk’s
Landing Golf Club, Orlando World Center Marriott Resort
COST: $99/player
INCLUDES: Warm-up lessons, 18-hole tournament, cart, contests,
prizes, and a networking and awards cocktail party after
the tournament.
Proceeds benefit FEW educational and leadership development
programs.
Special FEW rate on rental clubs $15/player.
Get in the Swing – Golf Lessons
PUTTING CHALLENGE
WHEN: Tuesday, July 21, 2009
TIME: 5:30PM – 7:30PM
LOCATION: Outdoors on the Putting Practice Green at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort (Will be held indoors if inclement weather.)
COST: $39.00/person
($70/person if signing up for both the Putting Challenge
and Golf 101) Must be 18 or over to register and play.
INCLUDES: The Bill Madonna Golf Academy
professionals will lead this introductory event to provide
participants with instruction and a team fusion putting contest.
This event will challenge and entertain both golfers and
non-golfers alike. Putting is a great place to start your
golf experience! Putting is all about precision and not about
strength! FEW has teamed up with the Bill Madonna Golf Academy
to create a post event challenge to benefit Susan G. Komen
Foundation initiative Rally for a Cure.

GOLF 101
WHEN: Thursday, July 23, 2009
TIME: 5:30PM – 7:30PM
LOCATION: Outdoors on the Driving Range at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort (Will be held indoors if inclement weather.)
COST: $39.00/person ($70/person if signing
up for both the Putting Challenge and Golf 101) Must be 18
or over to register and play.
INCLUDES: The Bill Madonna Golf Academy
staff will guide participants through two hours of an enjoyable
and student-friendly introduction to golf that will include
background to give you a solid foundation to the game, and
swing instruction on chipping and the long shots. Novices
and Experts alike will benefit from these lessons and have
tons of fun in the process.

create a post event challenge to benefit Susan G. Komen Foundation
initiative Rally for a Cure. Register

The Bill Madonna Golf Academy truly recognizes and understands
its role as "stewards" of the Game. Recently, the
National Golf Foundation, who offers statistical data to
the golf industry, stated some "good news - bad news".
The good news: the fastest growing segment of the golfing
population is the lady golfer. The bad news: this same segment
is also leaving the game in record numbers. The BMGA Staff
is determined to enhance the good news and eliminate the
bad.
Debuting in 2009, led by the efforts of PGA Master Professional
Jex Wilson and the Susan G. Komen Foundation initiative Rally
for a Cure, the Academy will offer the Babe Zaharias Ladies
Golf Program. Whether it be a golf school, private instruction
or a clinic series, the Zaharias Program will offer the lady
golfer an opportunity to improve her game while contributing
to eliminate the dreadful disease of breast cancer. The BMGA
Staff was unanimous in naming this program in honor of one
of the world’s greatest athletes and golfer who lost
her life to this cancer. Come join us in the fight to eliminate
this disease that affects thousands of lives worldwide.
