training subjects and presenters are carefully selected for
their comprehensive subject-matter knowledge, excellent facilitation
skills, and extensive, hands-on experience in their respective
fields. Because our instructors are thoroughly involved in
the subjects they teach, course presentations are current
and relevant to your job-related training needs.
FEW has made a concerted effort to continuously update our
course materials this year to make sure you receive the most
recent information. FEW stays current so you stay current
in your knowledge, skills and ability.
We will still offer a variety of classes to choose from
and in our traditional manner allowing a person registering
to have the complete option to choose whatever classes they
wish over the 3 day training cycle. However, we are offering
something new this year, Training Tracks as described below.
Training Tracks provide employees with a clear path for
subject matter achievement within our conference and provides
managers an inventory of skills to be obtained while attending
our conference.
Training Tracks are groupings/selections of training classes,
for a variety of job functions and career paths, in which
progress can be easily verified for enrolled students. Training
Track subjects are varied which will motivate toward goals
and provides a sense of accomplishment after the track is
completed.
Training Tracks also provides managers tools to ensure their
employees are enrolled in various courses which will be career
enhancing and a better trained employee.
The training tracks to be offered will be in the following
subject areas.
- Executive Leadership
- Project Management
- Administrative Professional
- Military
- Science and Technology
Stay tuned, stay connected, stay with FEW and our National
Training Program to ensure your skills and expertise are
indeed current and fit the needs of your office and your
career path.

these gatherings. But, with a little research finesse and
